Uplift U Academy is not your traditional workshops, the program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, emphasizing practical application, providing a comprehensive, immersive experience that equips participants with the skills and confidence to develop successful grant proposals. Uplift U offers a more extended, in-depth experience, allowing for deeper learning and mastery of grant writing skills.

Over 6-weeks, participants learn and prepare to submit targeted grant applications through a series of interactive group and personalized coaching sessions. The program is taught through a culturally inclusive lens aiming particularly to address inequity in philanthropy by providing a learning environment that is results-driven and affordable.
